I need a guidance from you please.

My brother is charge with section 376, rape case. It was a mutual consent and the girl asked for money. She was a prostitute who cleverly traped my brother in friendship and did __ with him.

When my brother refused to pay money she filed an FIR under section 376. My brother was sent on judicial by court in adyala for 14 days.

I heard bail isn’t possible in 376 without compromise with opposition. She demanded 20 Lac for compromise and threaten us that if we didn’t pay her money she will make a statement in front of judge that she was rapped and she wants justice .

I gave her money selling my car because we were having no proofs of mutual consent. After that she gave me a stamp paper on which some terms were mentioned and that she has forgiven my brother for sake of GOD and she has no objection on granting bail. She didn’t mention about money in stamp paper though.

After her appearance in session court and her statement, the judge granted bail to my brother.

No we have trials period to get acquittal . How can my brother get acquittal from court? Is there any specific requirements? Do the applicant need to come for any statement again?

Please I’m really very much worried. We are human we do mistakes. I know all Islamic morals. We are already worried so please make responsible comments.
