Violation of Police Order 2002 U/s 125
Since police order 2002, section 125 clearly mentioned police can search for a person or vehicle only on reasonable grounds!
So, my car was searched by police without any reason, violation of Police Order 2002, section 125. what case can be filed against police in court, please guide.
